honeybee brought this back from his recent vacation in Japan. this is a famous traditional Japanese confection (菓子) from the Tokyo shop – ひよ子本舗吉野堂. Apparently, there has been many imitation of this little chick, but this is the real thing.

Tonight was Crafty's volunteer party at Pyramid Atlantic, we bought our own t-shirt and screen printed them. I've never screen printed shirts, so I felt pretty excited. I'll be wearing this and helping out at the show that morning!

my very first swap ever! pardon my excitment, but look at this lovely package from Midori. lots of cute stationery, mini rilakkuma notepads *love it*, and sweets. there is also a lovely note done with a typewriter in a very nice typeface~ big thanks to Midori~
hand embroidered on cotton using cross stitching techniques. although i'm pleased with the outcome, i won't be making a lot of them for sure *in fear of loosing my vision*; they're 2.2 cm in size (*.*)
